It’s launch day for my latest release, His Temporary Fix (a Love at the Beach novella), and so I thought I’d share some fun facts with you.

His Temporary Fix is set in a beachside community

in New Zealand, not unlike the little beachside community where I live. An hour’s drive north of Wellington, the capital, will take you to a district known as Kapiti Coast. Welcome to little villages, long sandy beaches, an endless blue ocean, and the most stunning sunsets.

an old model Honda Prelude coupe.  I had one of these for almost eight years, and I loved it to pieces. I only sold it because I was moving from the UK to New Zealand and it wasn’t practical to take it with me.

 

 

Firewood

is the most popular form of heating in this region. Most houses have cellars, or sheds for storing their winter firewood, or just stack it neatly in the garage.
